Bentley de Beyer is Global Head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs. He first joined the firm in 1999 in the Investment Banking Division in the Sydney office. He rejoined Goldman Sachs in 2020 as a Partner in the Human Capital Management Division in the New York office.
Previously, Mr. de Beyer worked in human resources at several multinational organizations across various industries, including Johnson & Johnson, where he served as head of human resources for the global supply chain.

As head of Ayco’s Institutional Client Businesses, Greg is focused on driving the growth and expansion of Ayco’s institutional relationships across corporate America, primarily through its holistic financial counseling offerings.
In addition to his work with Ayco, Greg also leads Digital Investing and Advisory client strategies for Goldman Sachs Investment Management Division.
