Our Benefits and Compensation Group (BCG) was created to act as a liaison with human resources professionals at our client companies and as a central source of information on employee benefits for our associates.
Benefit and compensation entitlements make up a large percentage of the typical executive's cash flow and net worth, so it is essential that we are proficient in all aspects of our clients' company-sponsored benefit and compensation plans. Our benefit and compensation specialists:
- Help counselors develop strategies to enable clients to take maximum advantage of their benefit and compensation packages.
- Provide timely advice to counselors about changes in benefits and compensation.
- Monitor regulatory and statutory developments affecting employee benefits and compensation.
- Act as a technical resource to our corporate clients.
- Publish our perquisite survey and monthly newsletter, The Ayco Compensation & Benefits Digest.
