Our clients have access to a wide variety of investment-management and client-support services through the following groups within ISG.

Investment Professionals (IP)

Investment Professionals, with expertise in a wide range of investment-planning and management techniques, focus on the unique and sophisticated needs of Ayco's high-net-worth clients. IPs, often in partnership with the Ayco Financial Counseling team responsible for the overall client relationship, seek to build long-term advisory relationships with clients to formulate and implement personalized investment plans. This service is provided through a comprehensive array of investment offerings.

Ayco Personal Advisor Service (APAS)

APAS is a service provided to select clients with investment-advisory accounts set up within ISG—who do not otherwise receive Ayco Financial Counseling services—and meet a specified asset level. APAS is delivered through Ayco Wealth Advisors who help clients integrate their investment portfolio with tax- and estate-planning strategies and long-term cash-flow and retirement needs.

Goldman Sachs Investor Services (GSIS)

GSIS is a non-advisory service for clients who only want to access ISG's full suite of investment products and brokerage services through either the Goldman Sachs or Fidelity platforms.

Ayco Charitable Foundation (ACF)

ISG oversees the administration of ACF. Established in 1995, ACF is a donor-advised fund registered as a 501(c)(3) public charity that provides donors and their families with a flexible and personalized means to facilitate their charitable giving.

ACF is most appropriate for clients who anticipate recognizing significant levels of taxable income for a finite period of years and have long-term charitable goals; as well as institutional clients interested in establishing a private-label donor-advised fund. A client may make an irrevocable contribution to ACF and receive the tax benefit resulting from that contribution in the same year. Then, in future years, donors can meet their charitable goals by recommending that ACF make contributions from ACF to specific charitable organizations.

ACF combines convenience, tax advantages and economies of scale to offer one of the most comprehensive and flexible planned-giving programs available. As of December 31, 2011, ACF had served more than 3,000 donors and distributed over $850 million to approved charitable organizations nationwide.

Ayco Privileged Client Service (APCS)

APCS provides a platform for clients to consolidate their mutual-fund investments—often held at multiple fund companies—into one account at Fidelity. APCS assists in processing client-directed mutual-fund trades at Fidelity and offers other services such as assistance with asset transfers.
