Uses a flexible approach in reviewing all asset holdings for efficiency and optimizing investment allocation.

Prepares tax returns for families and related trusts, family partnerships, corporations and private foundations; projects liabilities and recommends tax-reduction strategies; and handles correspondence from taxing authorities.

Reviews insurance policies to evaluate value and risk exposure and structures complex insurance arrangements.

Provides a bill-payment service, through a dedicated bookkeeper, that is coordinated with cash management, cash-flow projections based on spending patterns and tax planning.

Arranges financing alternatives.

Provides sophisticated and consolidated financial reporting including a net-worth statement, asset allocation and investment performance, estate flow chart, cash flow and tax projection.

Acts as a gatekeeper and sounding board for solicitations, proposals and ideas.
