Financial Planner and Counselor are two rewarding and satisfying positions at Ayco with strong potential for advancement.

Ayco provides comprehensive financial counseling to Fortune 500 executives on complicated benefits and compensation, estate planning, investment planning, income tax, risk management and retirement planning opportunities. Ayco is committed to ensuring that each associate is thoroughly trained through a formal program, which is followed by hands-on experience with a seasoned team of financial counselors.

Financial Planners and Counselors will prepare financial exhibits for estate planning analyses, income-tax projections, asset allocation models and total return calculations, and long-term cash-flow projections. As Financial Planners and Counselors become more familiar with client matters, they will communicate with clients and attend client meetings.

Internal training and hands-on experience equips Ayco's Financial Planners and Counselors to pursue a career as an Ayco Account Manager, if they so choose.

Qualifications:
We look for individuals with at least an undergraduate degree in accounting, economics or finance for the Financial Planner positions. Planners who want to progress toward the position of Account Manager must have or complete an advanced designation, such as an MBA, Masters in Tax, CPA or CFP^® Professional.

For the Counselor position, we look for candidates who have completed a law degree or who expect to complete a law degree within the year. If you meet the following requirements, we would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you about the exciting prospects at Ayco:
